Thackray Williams is set to appoint Vikki Herbert, Anthony Macey, and Emma Thompson as joint managing partners next year, breaking with traditional leadership norms. Each leader will focus on different sectors while maintaining reduced fee-earning work. Mr Macey commented: “Having worked so closely together, it seemed a natural evolution for the three of us to take over together.” He expressed confidence in their collaborative decision-making, saying: “Our aligned vision and firm trust in one another’s fields of experience mean we have always been able to reach agreement.” The firm aims to become a top 200 practice, targeting revenues of £15m by 2026/27 and £20m by 2030, following a 9.1% increase in revenue to £12.2m for 2023/24.
